You don't need to hear all speech above. Every new navigating key stroke will stop the unfinished speech and start a new one. If you press Right-arrow key or Enter key on the input item, you will enter a new window which asks you to input a line of text.
If you press Right-arrow key or Enter key on the submit button, you will submit the form request and navigate to the page responded.
If you press Right-arrow key or Enter key on a link item, you will enter the new page the link pointed to.
