Network Availability Testing

This page helps you to detect network issues. When you fail to open a page, you can check that whether it can be open by a machine within China and a machine within U.S. And you can also know how fast they open the page roughly (not so exactly, sometimes wrong). If you see timeout but there is content in frame below, it means the URL can be loaded but some resources fail to load because this page is not a web proxy.
